Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality of the food since the renovation has greatly decreased! Especially in the afternoon !!! Have friday at 15:30 a Schnitzel with fries ordered. Schnitzel had apparently been kept warm for hours under the warming bridge. Were extremely dry on the edge. Generally very dry and tough. The fries were way too salty. Either they were fried too long or twice. Were very dark and dry. Although I wanted extra sauce, it was saved. On the containers for sauces, lentils, etc. already formed a crust because the food has dried. This edge you can just once the hour away then looks appetizing. The breakfast is from 08:30 the buffet already very empty and it takes forever to a refill. When a lady arrived, it was very disgusting. At first she fiddled with the coffee machine and then, without first washing hands or putting on gloves or using a fork, she put the remaining sausage and cheese together with her fingers on a plate.
